Rode's Boompole Pro is a carbon-fibre boom pole built for professional shotgun microphones, collapsing to 0.8 m (2'8") and extending to 3 m (10'). Five carbon-fibre sections keep it lightweight without sacrificing strength, and each section extends one-handed via an intuitive twist-lock mechanism.
