Sitting in the middle of the Move 4K range, the PTZOptics Move 4K with 20x optical zoom balances reach and framing for mid-sized rooms — conference spaces, studios, council chambers and mid-depth auditoriums. It captures in 4K with built-in auto-tracking, so a single fixed camera can follow a presenter and hold a broadcast-quality shot on its own.

A 20x lens for mid-sized spaces

The 20x optical zoom gives useful reach without the tight field of a long lens, which makes framing easier when the camera is a moderate distance from the subject. It records up to 4K (2160p) at 60fps, sends 1080p at 60fps over SDI, and down-converts to HD and Full HD to match the rest of a rig.

Auto-tracking built in

Auto-tracking runs on the camera itself, with nothing to install on a separate machine. Presenter Lock keeps one person framed even as others move through the shot, and operators can hand the tracking from one presenter to another at the press of a button.

Image quality in difficult light

The Move 4K holds up in awkward lighting. Strong low-light performance, wide dynamic range, advanced white balance modes and 3D noise reduction work together to keep faces clean and colour consistent under mixed or changing light.

One camera, four signal paths

SDI, HDMI, USB and IP outputs cover baseband, conferencing and networked workflows from a single unit. Native NDI|HX carries video over the network, SRT handles streaming across unpredictable links, and Blackmagic switcher integration ties the camera into an ATEM setup.

Command from anywhere

Control comes from production software such as OBS, vMix, Wirecast and TriCaster, from PTZOptics joysticks including the SuperJoy, or remotely over NDI and cloud tools such as Zoom. The updated Web UI gathers the settings into one menu, with a tutorial function on hand for producers finding their way around.
