The AJ-CVF25GJ is an HD colour viewfinder built for Panasonic's ENG camcorders and studio camera systems. Its 3.45-inch (8.76cm) colour LCD panel runs at approximately 2,760,000 dots in a 16:9 aspect ratio, and flips up to open at either the lens-barrel side or the front of the panel. When the eyepiece is opened, the image can switch to an 83% reduced-size display, automatically or manually. A back tally lamp and on-screen yellow and amber tally indicators suit studio-camera use, and the dial and switch layout follows the same arrangement as conventional ENG viewfinders, for compatibility with broadcast-station operation. It's compatible with camcorders including the AJ-PX380G, AJ-PX800G, AJ-PX5100GJ and AJ-CX4000GJ, and with studio cameras including the AK-HC3500/3800/5000 series, AK-UC3000 and AK-UC4000 series.
