The Pro Convert SDI Plus is an SDI-to-NDI encoder built around a single 3G/HD/SD-SDI input, accepting sources up to DCI 2K 2048×1080 at 60 fps and encoding an NDI stream over RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet with PoE at up to the same 2048×1080 resolution, 8-bit 4:2:2, 60 fps. 16 mono channels of embedded audio pass through with the video. An SDI loop-through output lets a local monitor stay fed from the source while the NDI stream reaches NDI-compatible production and streaming software such as OBS, XSplit, vMix or Wirecast over the network. A mini DIN-8 port carries tally pass-through and PTZ control signalling alongside the unit's status LEDs. It suits SDI camera and switcher sources at up to 2K resolution that need to join an NDI-based production or streaming workflow without a PC-based capture card.
