This 8.4V regulated dummy-battery adapter lets a Canon 5D, 7D or 60D run from an external power source on a 45cm P-Con cable, for time-lapse and other extended shooting. It is most often paired with a V-mount battery, but the adapter accepts input voltages up to 30V.
