The Fujinon ZA22x7.6BERD-S6 is a 2/3" broadcast ENG zoom lens covering a 7.6-167mm focal range, built to give 2/3" HD cameras a wide-to-telephoto working range under full digital servo control of both focus and zoom — suited to remote camera rigs, pedestals and studio setups where a manual zoom ring isn't the right tool.

22x zoom with a built-in 2x extender

The 22x zoom ratio covers 7.6-167mm on its own, and a built-in 2x extender doubles that reach to 15.2-334mm without a lens change — useful when a subject moves from mid-distance to far telephoto mid-shot. Maximum aperture holds a fast f/1.8 from 7.6-120mm, stopping down to a still-usable f/2.5 at the 167mm long end, so the lens stays workable across almost its whole zoom range before light starts falling off.

Full digital servo, remote-controllable via RS-232

Both focus and zoom run on digital servo rather than manual rings, and Full Studio Remote Control via RS-232 lets an operator drive the lens from outside the camera position, without needing to be at the camera itself. Focused Intelligent Network Diagnosis (FIND) adds lens-side diagnostics for networked camera systems.

Built to hold a steady frame while focusing

An Innerfocus design keeps the front element from rotating and minimises lens breathing as focus is adjusted, so the angle of view stays consistent through a focus pull. QuickZoom gives a fast shift to the telephoto end to check focus before pulling back out, and a zoom limiter restricts zoom travel to a set range. Together with the digital servo control, this is a lens for ENG, EFP and studio-remote 2/3" camera work, whether on a solo ENG run or as part of a larger multi-camera remote rig.
