The MC-DMON-9S is a 9-channel multiviewer in an openGear card form factor, letting you view up to nine SD/HD/3G-SDI sources on a single monitor from within an openGear frame. Each of the nine inputs auto-detects its signal type, with input switching and full-screen scaling available, plus a pass-through mode that routes any selected input straight to the SDI output. Multiple viewing modes are built in and recallable, with standard and custom layouts saved and loaded via USB or the openGear DashBoard interface. Overlays — 16-character UMD, 16-channel audio metering, format status, safe-action/title-safe markers, centre cross and audio ID — can be individually enabled per channel with custom positioning. It supports 3G-SDI level A and B on input and output, including conversion between the two, and low-latency buffering per input allows non-synchronous sources. A USB port also handles firmware updates.
