The Ninja TX is a 5.2" on-camera monitor-recorder built around locking 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 input and output, with every Atomos codec — ProRes RAW, DNx and H.265 — plus an NDI/HX3 licence preloaded rather than sold separately. It records up to 8K30 ProRes RAW to CFexpress Type B or USB-C media, and its 1920x1080 IPS touchscreen reaches 1500 cd/m2 for confident exposure and focus checks in daylight. Camera control and touch-to-focus work directly from the screen, and integrated Wi-Fi adds TX/RX streaming and direct upload alongside RF/Bluetooth timecode sync. Cross-conversion between SDI and HDMI simplifies mixed camera and monitor chains, and the unit runs Atomos's updated AtomOS Linux operating system, with firmware delivered over Wi-Fi.
