The Pak 512GB SSD Module is a durable, high-capacity solid-state drive from AJA, encased in a protective metal housing for use in a production rig. A reinforced connector is engineered for repeated insertion and removal cycles, and the drive comes pre-formatted for HFS+, for Mac and macOS systems. It's compatible with the AJA CION production camera as well as AJA's current Ki Pro Ultra 12G, with legacy compatibility for the original Ki Pro Ultra, Ki Pro Ultra Plus and Ki Pro Quad 4K/Ultra HD/2K/HD file-based recorders and players, giving it a role across AJA's camera and recorder line-up. For offloading recordings, the drive inserts into an optional AJA Pak Dock, sold separately, which outputs to a connected computer via Thunderbolt or USB 3.0.
