The Media Module 16TB gives Blackmagic URSA Cine cameras 16TB of fast M.2 SSD storage in Blackmagic's Media Module format — a higher-capacity optional module alongside the 8TB Media Module the URSA Cine 12K LF ships with. It installs directly into the camera's media bay and is hot-swappable, so a module can be pulled and replaced without stopping to power down, moving between the camera and a dock as shooting continues. Back at the workstation, the module drops into the optional Blackmagic Media Dock, which shares up to three Media Modules over the network for high-speed upload into post-production, letting an edit begin from camera media without waiting on a full copy.
