The UltraStudio Mini Replay 12G captures and plays back over 12G-SDI at the same time, across a single Thunderbolt cable. Alongside the input there are independent fill and key outputs plus a separate output for monitoring, in every SD, HD and Ultra HD standard up to 2160p60.

The Thunderbolt link is bidirectional, so a computer can capture, process and output video in real time. That makes it suitable for live action replay in DaVinci Resolve 20, for auto stingers driven from the fill and key outputs, and for using a computer as a real time graphics or AI processor. Connect the input to a switcher multi-view and replay back into the programme.

It also supports live grading in DaVinci Resolve, capturing video, applying colour correction and outputting the result live. Hardware support for RGBA and YUVA frame buffers transcodes graphics to YUV 4:2:2:4 on both fill and key in full 10-bit precision.
