AJA Dante AV 12G-SDI/HDMI 4K Receiver

Use the AJA Dante AV 12G-SDI/HDMI 4K Receiver to decode Dante AV Ultra signals up to UHD 4K into 12G-SDI and HDMI video via your Ethernet network. In combination with the separately available transmitter, the receiver can operate in your conference room, lecture hall, or event space thanks to its modular system design. Connect the unit to your Dante AV network using the primary Ethernet port. The receiver features one 12G-SDI and one HDMI 2.0 output capable of supporting signals up to 4Kp60. 8-channel, 48 kHz embedded PCM audio from those sources can be distributed across the network via TCP/IP protocols.

The receiver is compatible with Dante Controller software which allows you to route the video, audio, KVM, VISCA, and IR connections via your network to the destination of your choice. Two USB-A ports connect peripheral devices while a mini-USB port inputs your Windows or macOS computer. IR communication is facilitated using the 3.5mm input and output ports and included emitter and receiver units. The receiver supports HDCP 2.2 and has a DB-9 port for RS-422 serial control. Five LED indicators on the front panel of the unit display power, codec, system, sync, and HDCP status.

Dante AV is a 1 GigE networking solution that delivers up to UHD 4Kp60 video at a 0.5 frame latency over IP connection. It features a JPEG 2000 codec for high quality visuals with network efficiency. The codec supports lossy and lossless coding and has up to 16384 components. Easily integrate Dante-enabled audio products into your setup for a complete AV-over-IP ecosystem.
Use the Dante Controller software with your macOS or Windows computer to set up your video and audio signal routing between Dante devices. Control the video and audio connections and move them over in real time to an Ethernet network. Take the receiver's embedded audio and configure it as a separate audio source channel on the network using the Dante Via. The separately available Dante Virtual Soundcard can emulate a physical PC or Mac soundcard via the Dante network.
The primary Ethernet port supports PoE+ for reduced cable runs. Included with the receiver unit is a power adapter capable of converting 100-240 VAC at 50/60 Hz to 12 VDC. A DIN 4-pin power input accepts the power adapter cable.
The Dante AV receiver supports various VESA formats from WUXGA to VGA to allow efficient monitoring of your networked connections. An RCA analog audio port outputs audio signals to your monitor.
