The RODE SC6-L is an interface designed to record two-person interviews directly to your iOS device. The interface accepts the inputs of the RODE smartLav+ microphone, multiple types of RODE VideoMics (in conjunction with TRRS adapters), and third-party microphones with the appropriate TRRS connection points. At one end of the SC6-L, you'll find two 3.5mm TRRS jacks. These are for your microphones.

Between the two TRRS jacks is a 3.5mm headphone output for monitoring the incoming signal. At the other end of the interface you'll see the lightning connector, which routes digital signal into your iOS device.
