Sonnet DuoModo Rackmount System with xMac mini and Echo III Modules

The Sonnet DuoModo xMac mini/Echo III Rackmount System integrates a Dual-Module Rackmount Enclosure with one xMac mini module and one Echo III module. The Dual-Module Rackmount Enclosure is made of rugged steel and includes rails for racks 16 to 24" deep.

The xMac mini module is designed for an Intel or M1 Apple Mac mini to be mounted in its rugged steel frame. It has four front panel ports, which are a Thunderbolt 3 port, two USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C ports, and a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A port. There are also two internal M.2 NVMe SSD slots so you can add up to 16TB (sold separately). There is a temperature-controlled, variable-speed fan to keep things cool while also being quiet.

The Echo III module provides three PCIe slots, one that is x16 and two that are x8. This means the Echo III module can support up to three full-height, full-length Thunderbolt 3-compatible, non-GPU PCIe cards. The Echo III module is also AVID qualified, supporting up to three AVID Pro Tools | HDX PCIe cards. This module powers on and off automatically when connected to a PC and has its own 400W power supply with a 75W auxiliary power cable. Two Thunderbolt 3 ports can be found on the module as well as dual Noctua fans, each rated at 17 dbA.
